Role Description:

A fantastic opportunity has become available at So Smart Money to join the team as an apprentice Customer Service Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to start your career with an apprenticeship in customer service. Working in a fast paced environment as part of a growing team the Customer Service Assistant will work with a range of products, services and business systems to develop telephone skills and build relationships for the business through day to day contact with customers. This will include: • Inbound and outbound customers calls • Dealing with customer's initial enquiries • Dealing with other team members • Adhoc administrative / customer service duties. This role will involve working within a small team offering support to customers. The successful candidate must enjoy providing an excellent and professional service at all times. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Customer Service Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Future prospects:

Apprentice's will have the opportunity to develop within the business to work as part of the specialist Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance teams and to progress on to a professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Insurance. There is a possibility of a full time position on completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate

Reality check:

Will be required to make outbound customer service calls and answer inbound calls. You will need to be Confident at problem solving and assisting customers. Hours range between the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm
