Who Will Need Unoccupied Home Insurance?

Whether you own a property of you are a landlord, if the property has been empty for an extended period of time you will need specific unoccupied house insurance to cover against any incidents whilst the property is vacated. Whatever the reason for the property being empty, if its unoccupied for more than 30 days some providers may not cover you under your existing home insurance policy so Unoccupied home insurance is essential. Most unoccupied home insurance policy's are on a temporary basis and can be on short term contracts so don't worry about having to take up a 12 month contract if the property is going to be empty for that long.
