Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition will run from the 9th April 2013 to the 31st May 2013.

2. You will be entered into the prize draw on completion of our 17 question customer survey.

3. Entry to the competition is free. No purchase is necessary.

4. The competition is only open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

5. Each individual who completes a customer survey will be entered into the draw, there is only one entry per person.

6. There will be 500 people picked out at random who will receive one free night stay for 2 people in a hotel, dates are subject to availability (separate terms and conditions apply to use of hotel stay voucher). No alternative prize will be provided under any circumstances. Travel costs are not included in the prize.

7. Mitchell Farrar Group will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries, and takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

8. Mitchell Farrar Group expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied relating to the prize including any warranties as to the merchantability or satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. The winners and runner-ups will be drawn at random on 3rd June 2013 from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days from the draw date. The winner has 28 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise Mitchell Farrar reserves the right to redraw the prize from the correct entries that were received before the closing date. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
